Tickets Details and Programme
The 2012 Marlowe Society Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 25th February at The George Inn on Borough High Street, London. As is traditional, the AGM is set for the weekend closest to 26th February, the recorded date of Marlowe's baptism 448 years ago.

tel. 020 7407 2056
All members of the society are welcome to attend. There is of course no charge for the AGM itself, but tickets for lunch and the afternoon lecture can be purchased for £19 each. A ticket application form is contained in the documents that have just been mailed to all members, and payment can be made by sending a cheque, SAE, and your details to the Treasurer by Tuesday 21st February latest.
The AGM returns to its traditional venue at The George Inn after last year's alternative whilst refurbishment work was on-going. The George is one of the oldest surviving galleried coaching inns and dates back to the sixteenth century, and also boasts literary and theatrical links. Details of the closest tube stations and car parks can be found in this LondonTown.com review of the inn.
This year we are very pleased to welcome Keith Miles to the Society's AGM, a successful crime writer who under the name of Edward Marston has written the Elizabethan Theatre Mysteries, and who will give what promises to be a fascinating talk in the afternoon entitled Spying in the 16th Century and Now.
