The Marlowe Society Newsletter

The Marlowe Society Newsletter

Published twice a year in the Spring and the Autumn until 2015, the Marlowe Society Newsletter (latterly know as the Marlowe Society Journal) contained shorter articles on a wide range of subjects relating to Marlowe, Elizabethan and Jacobean drama, as well as wider issues such as the Shakespearean Authorship debate.

Each issue included news items of interest, reports on the latest work of the Society and forthcoming events, and also published reviews by Society members of books and play performances.

The Newsletter was published in A5 format, and typically comprised 32 pages plus cover. This format allowed for about 500 words per page on average.

The Newsletter was succeeded in 2015 by The Marigold as the Society members' publication.
